Activities:
  • Friday, Sept. 3 - Registration begins at Host Hotel in lobby. Registration continues at Joe Cracker with Gary & Kerri opening and then the Jack Mosley Band will rock the night away.
  • Saturday, Sept. 4 - Pool Party - Capt. Josh, games & free lunch. BYOB.
  • Saturday evening at Charlotte County Cultural Center - Table Decorating Contest, dinner, raffles, and auctions along with dancing. Music by Capt. Josh and Jim Morris and the Big Bamboo.
  • Sunday, Sept. 5 - "Breakfast Drinks" Concoction Contest held and Door Decorating Contest winners announced.
  • Then it's a "Nav-A-Gator Afternoon" with James "Sunny Jim" White & his Trop Rock Sunday Songwriter's Spectacular including many of our great TropRock artists.
  • Monday, Sept. 6 - It's a laid back life with CHPHC's "A Day at the Beach" Party at Englewood Beach - BYOE.

The Host Hotel will again be the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 24480 Sandhill Blvd., Port Charlotte, Florida 33983 (just off I-75 at Exit 170, Kings Hwy.) Rates: $69 - King; $79 - Double Queen; $89 - One room King Suite (inc. kitchenette).

Your room includes a complimentary Continental Breakfast and there is a 72-hour cancellation policy, so book now and we can have the whole place to ourselves. This year we're having another Door Decorating Contest, so bring your best party decorations, and join us for the best Breakfast Drink contest Sunday morning in the lobby. Plus, we're bringing back the Trolley Rides from the Host Hotel to all venues. No drinking & driving for anyone.




All registrations MUST be received by or before August 21st. There will be no exceptions. There will be no registration cancellations allowed after August 21st.
