The Charlotte Harbor Parrot Head Club celebrates its birthday each year on Labor Day weekend. We use the opportunity to raise money for a charity, usually in or around our community.

The Charlotte Harbor Parrot Head Club celebrated our first birthday over Labor Day weekend, 2008. Even a hurricane (Gustav) couldn't dampen the party spirits of One Particular Charlotte Harbor.

The Charlotte Harbor Parrot Head Club celebrated our second birthday over Labor Day weekend, 2009. Find out what phun, mayhem and chaos ensued on Our Second Trip Around the Sun page. We raised $6,000.00 for the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition and the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches.

Our second Birthday Party is over, but not forgotten. One more time, thanks for being such a fun club! Thanks to all those that helped in any way and to all were able to attend! Make sure you support our sponsors when you can, as they are part of the reason your ticket price was so low for so much fun! We need our sponsors to keep prices down! Make sure you let them know you are a CHPHC Member and thank them for sponsoring our club too!

Are you ready for next year? Don't make plans over Labor Day 2010 if possible! It's going to be bigger & better!

We raised a total of $6,000 between our two charities, but we're working on ways to raise more from the event. One way you can help us raise more is buy the Nav-A-Gator Songwriter's Day shirts at our meetings. Stayed tuned for the other ways, watch for Jerry's email!
