In compliance with PHIP requirements, we no longer offer couple memberships.
Each individual is now required to maintain their own separate membership. Consequently, email and text notifications will be sent directly to each member.
2025 Renewals are now open to Current members.
You may renew your Annual Membership at any time.
Renewals will be valid through Dec 31, 2025.

Do I Need to Print and Send in the Member Application?
Our goal is to make the membership process as simple as possible. If you join "Online", you do NOT have to mail anything. However, if you choose NOT to join online, simply print the membership or renewal form and mail it to the address on the form.
